Get ready for the week of your life
Weddings go too fast. One day is not enough to spend with our special people, so please join us for a week of festive events, because spending two minutes with each of you was never in our plans!
We’ve booked a large Airbnb with a pool and beautiful bushland, where you can come and hang, swim and eat whenever you like over the week. You’re free to bring extra people to the Wedfest events; the wedding itself is by posted invitation only.

Let’s get our amazing festival outfits on as we provide an awesome set on the beach to get the party started.
The Highland Games
You may have heard of it from Scotland, but this one is a little different. Males vs females! Men take on traditional “women’s activities” like putting on make-up and doing the catwalk; women take on traditional “men’s activities” like wood chopping and tug of war. The more under the influence you are, the more points your team gets!
Free Day
We can’t be messed up the day before the wedding, so please explore the beautiful South West.

Be razzled and dazzled by our band, our circus performer and, most of all, our story! By posted invitation only.

Wrapping up, and the fun has come to an end. House checkout is by 10 am. Safe travels home. Until next time!

Our proposed guest arrival is 3 pm, with the ceremony at 3:30 pm. See the draft order of the day below. We’ll confirm final timings with Wedding Day guests before the celebration.

Arrive & settle in
Join us at Aravina Estate ahead of the ceremony.

Refreshments & a little mingling
Enjoy refreshments while we have photos, followed by the band, activities, drinks and canapés on the grass from 4:45 pm.
A little circus magic
A circus performance on the grass; timing and duration to be confirmed.
Our first dance, with a twist
A contemporary dance on the grass before we head inside.
Into the reception
Welcome and entrée from 6:45 pm, with dinner and speeches through the evening.
Swing, then something sweet
Our swing dance, followed by cake cutting and dessert at 8:45 pm.
Jive & join the dance floor
Our jive, then the dance floor opens at 9:25 pm. A hip-hop surprise is planned for 10 pm.
One last song
Final song and farewell, with the reception ending at midnight as Sunday 24 January begins.

Exact directions will be shared with guests staying or visiting. Activities and additional visitors require property host confirmation.
Make yourself at home
Travel & stay
Tell us when you’re coming down south, when you’re leaving and whether you’ve booked somewhere to stay. We can help with accommodation ideas. The house has limited overnight capacity; please wait for your confirmed allocation before planning to stay onsite.
Our bridal-party base and proposed Wedfest hub is Sky View in Yallingup, hosted by Exclusive Escapes, with a pool and bushland surroundings. Our stay runs from Tuesday 19 to Wednesday 27 January 2027. House check-in is after 3 pm on 19 January and checkout is before 10 am on 27 January. Overnight stays and visits need a separate allocation from us.
Stay a little closer
You can request onsite camping, glamping, or space for your own caravan or campervan at the Wedfest base. Let us know about day or overnight parking too.
These are requests for host allocation. We’ll confirm permitted spaces, facilities and any costs with you before you book or bring your setup. Camping, glamping, campers and additional visitors still require property host approval.
Please tell us whether you would like information about an onsite camper, whether you need space for a camper and/or car, and which dates you will be staying or attending onsite activities. Respond to each invited event and complete dietary requirements for every named person so we can plan parking, accommodation, food and event capacities.
A little help for families
We may be able to arrange access to a sitter during Wedfest, particularly on Wedding Day, with the cost shared by participating families. Would you consider this? Tell us your interest, the days or times you may need and the number and ages of children in your RSVP.
This is an expression of interest. Availability, supervision arrangements, hours and each family’s share of the cost will be confirmed before anyone commits. This does not change which events you or your children are invited to.
Getting to the celebrations
Wedding Day: a bus will pick up and drop off guests for the wedding, so nobody needs to drive. Let us know your pickup area and whether you need the bus there, home or both in your RSVP.
For the other Wedfest events, tell us if you’d like a lift there, home or both and we’ll do our best to match people up.
Pickup points and times will be sent once arranged. A lift request for other events is not a reserved seat. Private house addresses will only be shared with confirmed guests.

A few things to know
Memories mean the most
Having you with us is the best gift. If you’d like to give something more, we’d love an experience we can share: a meal, a class, a weekend away or an adventure together. If you can’t think of something, please don’t despair: a wishing well will also be there.
Bring your own adventure
We’ll share outfit themes, final locations and everything you need for each event with invited guests. You can join the parts of the week that work for you.
Do I need to come for the whole week?
Come for one event, a few days or the week. Tell us your arrival and departure dates, and respond to each event individually.
Does my Wedfest invitation include the wedding?
You must have an official, posted-out wedding invitation to attend the wedding and reception at Aravina Estate. You are free to bring extra people to the other Wedfest events.
Can I bring extra people?
Yes, to the other Wedfest events. Add them as guests in your RSVP so we can plan food, transport and space. The wedding and reception are only for guests named on a posted wedding invitation.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Children are very welcome at our ceremony, with a playground and plenty of space to play. We kindly ask that you bring a family member or nanny to help keep little ones entertained during the formalities. We’re also looking into a shared-cost sitter; let us know if you’re interested in your RSVP.
Can you help with accommodation or transport?
Yes, tell us what you need in your RSVP. House stays and transport seats will be confirmed separately. Please don’t treat a request as a booking.
What if we have different dietary requirements?
Complete the dietary section separately for every named guest, including allergies and any details the caterers need. Please choose “None” where there are no requirements.
